All graduate students in the Department of Psychology complete a series of core courses in basic aspects of psychology (or show existing proficiency in these subject areas at the level of these core courses).

coursework booksBeyond the core curriculum, students in the Adult Clinical track typically take 2-4 additional courses in psychopathology and fundamental processes in personality and social behavior, an advanced course in adult psychological assessment, and 2 or more courses in psychological intervention. Coursework in all these content domains is available (and admissible) in both child and health areas, as well as the adult area.
